I moderate panels, roundtables, webinars and live conversations with senior leaders across business, leadership, culture and transformation. My approach is structured but human: I design agendas that surface the real tension points, recruit and brief speakers, and ask sharp, well-researched questions that keep discussions focused, candid and genuinely useful.
I also oversee the project management and delivery of C-suite executive events end-to-end — shaping the run of show, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality experience for 100+ senior leaders in the room. My strength is turning complex viewpoints into clear, engaging dialogue that moves beyond talking points into practical, experience-led insight.

I moderated an executive panel on moving from AI hype to measurable business value — focusing on where organisations truly are on their AI journey, from large language models and agentic systems to automation rebadged as AI. We explored adoption reality versus promise, accountability and governance, and how leaders can make smarter investment decisions that drive performance and competitive advantage. The session centred on board-level clarity: the questions executives need to ask as AI becomes embedded across the enterprise.

I moderated an executive panel on navigating large-scale transformation — focusing on how CEOs and senior leaders reshape organisational structures, operating models, and capability as business models evolve. We explored the catalysts for change, the shift towards a new skills-base and workforce, and how leaders maintain alignment while managing internal and external stakeholders. The session centred on execution at scale: what it takes to make change happen operationally and strategically, without losing momentum.

I moderated an executive panel on disruptive tech, growth and risk — focusing on how boards stay ahead as innovation reshapes business models. We explored AI beyond the hype, the need for greater tech fluency in the boardroom, and how Chairs and NEDs can use better business intelligence to spot disruption early and make clearer investment decisions. The session centred on practical governance: the questions boards should ask to drive advantage without losing oversight.

I moderated an executive panel on how technology is reshaping the workplace — focusing on how leaders secure the right investments while balancing innovation with practical implementation. We explored the trade-offs organisations face during adoption, the impact of emerging technologies on how work gets done, and the challenges that surface when strategy meets reality. The session centred on sustainable transformation: using technology to build agility and competitiveness without creating complexity or change fatigue.
